Everything you need to know about navigating GoanLads, listing your local business, and connecting with the community.
Click the "Add Business" button in the navigation bar. You will need to create a free account first. Then, you can fill out your business name, description, contact details, and location. Once submitted, our team will review and approve your listing to ensure quality.
List your business now →Once your business is listed, go to your Dashboard. Under "Your Businesses", click "Edit". You will see tabs to manage your Business Gallery (uploading images) and set your weekly Operating Hours so customers know when you are open.
Basic listings on GoanLads are 100% free. We built this platform to support local Goan professionals across all talukas without imposing monthly fees or hidden charges.
Create your free account →If you close your business or wish to be removed, go to your Dashboard, edit your business, and scroll to the bottom to find the "Request Deletion" button. Our admins process deletion requests promptly.
Yes! If you own multiple businesses or operate in completely different categories, you can list them all under a single GoanLads account. Simply click "Add Business" from your dashboard as many times as needed.
Any legally operating local service, tradesperson, hospitality venue, or retail shop located within Goa. We do not allow spam, illegal services, or businesses that do not operate locally in the state.
Click "Map" in the top navigation. This opens a visual map of Goa where you can browse businesses by location. Click any map pin to view a popup card with the business details, contact information, and a direct link to their full profile.
Open Interactive Map →Use the "Browse" page to type in keywords (like "plumber", "catering", or "Margao"). You can combine text searches with category filters to quickly narrow down exactly what you are looking for in your local taluka.
Found a great service you want to remember? Click the Heart icon on any business card to bookmark it. You can view all your bookmarked businesses instantly in your personal Dashboard under the "Your Saved Favorites" section.
When you visit a business profile, you can leave a star rating and a written review to share your experience. You must be signed in to leave a review. This helps the community find reliable, high-quality services.
No! Searching the directory, reading reviews, and exploring the map are completely open to the public. You only need to create a free account if you want to leave a review, save businesses to your favorites, or list your own business.
Our search engine prioritizes relevance based on your keywords and selected category. It scans business names, descriptions, and categories to find the best match for your needs.
Go to the Sign In page and click the "Forgot Password" link. Enter the email address associated with your account, and we will email you a secure, time-sensitive link to reset your password.
To prevent spam and ensure the quality of GoanLads, all new listings require manual admin approval before they appear publicly in the search and map views. This usually takes less than 24 hours. Check your dashboard to see your current listing status.
Please ensure your images are in standard formats (JPG, PNG) and are under 5MB in size. We automatically optimize uploaded images, but extremely large files may timeout depending on your connection. If the issue persists, contact our technical support.
No. To maintain complete transparency and trust within the community, business owners cannot delete authentic user reviews. However, if a review contains hate speech, spam, or violates our terms of service, owners can contact our moderation team to have it reviewed and potentially removed.
If you notice a business that has closed down, has the wrong phone number, or is categorized incorrectly, please send an email to our support team at support@goanlads.com with a link to the listing so our admins can investigate and correct it.
Absolutely. We use industry-standard secure authentication. Your personal email address is never publicly displayed or shared with listed businesses. Only the information you explicitly provide for your public business profile (if you create one) is visible to others.
Once you submit a review, it will appear on the business profile immediately. However, our moderation team routinely audits reviews to ensure they comply with our community guidelines.
